Based in King’s Lynn and broadcasting to rural West Norfolk, UKRD owned KL.FM is looking for an on air Programme Controller.

Given the pace of change our industry is experiencing, this is a wonderful opportunity to programme your own heritage station with minimal group interference.

UKRD offers full time staff positions, meaning you no longer have to worry about getting your annual contract renewed. You even get paid holidays!

Primarily, you will need to display three things:

• An ability to encourage, develop and manage a small team of people
• Creativity and skill in keeping your station sounding fresh and compelling
• A great on air personality who West Norfolk will love!
