CO-OPERATIVE ADVERTISING CO-ORDINATOR – NOTTINGHAM
Job title:Â Â Â Â Co-operative Advertising Sales Co-ordinator
Reports to: Co-operative Advertising Co-ordinator & Head of Co-operative Advertising
Location:Â Â Â Nottingham
Role Objective and Context:
To provide support for the Co-operative Advertising Team enabling them to maximise revenue opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide general administration and co-ordination support to the Co-operative Advertising Sales Team.
To provide exceptional service both internally and externally.
To create and co-ordinate relevant proposals for the sales team and their clients.
To ensure post campaign follow up for all activity.
To ensure accurate monitoring, collation and reporting of revenue.
To work with the scheduling department to ensure booking and delivery of client campaigns
Ensure databases are kept up to date
Be able to work to tight deadlines and work within pressurised environment.
Be able to undertake administrative and co ordination duties including preparing client
presentations, maintaining and updating information
Be fully conversant in all the company’s planning systems to plan cost, effective on and off air campaigns efficiently and effectively
Work with the marketing team to research clients and categories
Build relationships with clients and internal colleagues and liaise with them when required.
Be responsible for tracking revenue using the company’s business systems to keep a daybook of figures on a weekly basis
Have a good grasp of GCap’s full portfolio
Be able to accept and utilise feedback, training, and coaching
Adhere to group Standards of behaviour and follow Group HR, IT and Finance policies.

A high level of experience in power point and excel

Competent in computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent office admin skills

Good general understanding of commercial issues.
General knowledge of media businesses, and of the types of businesses that purchase commercial airtime, and sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
A passion for radio.
