Amber Sound FM is a brand new radio station due to launch soon under a new Ofcom 5 year community licence.

The station will cover the vibrant and beautiful rural area of Amber Valley in Derbyshire which sits between the cities of Derby and Nottingham.

As a community station we are 'not for profit' in nature and have a superb team of volunteers that have worked for many years to achieve our goal of a full time station.

We have a number of opportunities for talented individuals to join our happy group in many areas of operation.

Presenters:

Although we have a team of great presenters we still have holes in our schedule to fill for the right people.

Some of our programming will be fully playlisted and some may be for specialist musical knowledge that you posess.

We are looking for personality led presenters, male or female, who understand than station branding must be adhered to and rules followed whilst at the same time remaining fun, creative and vibrant.

You will be be living in or around Derbyshire Nottinghamshire or Leicestershire so that you are easily available and connected with our style of listener.

You will be working in a purpose built state of the art studio complex with high grade equipment.

At present we are only looking for those with some experience in broadcasting rather than new entrants into the radio arena.
