Would you like to join one of the Local Radio Company’s flagship radio stations?

Spire FM is looking for a part-time journalist to work on Mondays and Fridays.

Salisbury and the surrounding area is one of the most beautiful parts of the country with a real sense of community, and our news service has a great reputation with listeners and local contacts.

You will need first class writing skills, good on-air voice, as well as the ability to think on your feet. It’s a part-time role but there will also be additional cover shifts available, should you wish to take them.

It’s a large rural patch, but a busy one with a strong military presence. You must be motivated and able to work under your own initiative.
