Media Sales Agent - Part Time/ Full Time, Amber Sound FM

Amber Sound FM is a brand new radio station due to launch soon under a new Ofcom 5 year community licence.

The station will cover the vibrant economic area of Amber Valley in Derbyshire which sits between the cities of Derby and Nottingham.

Our sales team are almost ready to 'go for gold' and we have a post for one more self employed Sales Agent to join the team and help us make this happen.

Working on your own initiative you will be a self starter who enjoys the challenge of working in a relatively new sector of radio within a team of enthusiastic radio heads.

You will possess a warm outgoing personality and be someone who likes to build relationships with potential clients.

You will advise potential clients on ideas to increase their own business, working in their best interest to ensure the long term stability of the station and the client's business.

You will have previous sales experience although not necessarily in media sales as training will be given where appropriate.

Renumeration is based on sales levels achieved and is commission only with potentials for bonus payments and sales incentives.

As an agent you will be responsible for your own tax affairs and hours worked.
